The staff are very welcoming.
The technician who changed the tires was skilled, fast, and had a good attitude.

The service was good and very courteous. However, the lounge area needs some improvement; the design, layout, materials, and colors are still outdated. Renovating would make it much more inviting. The air conditioning was nice and cool. Cleanliness was excellent.
